My passion for massage drives from the desire to help people. I initially became a Massage Therapist because I love sports and wanted to solely do Sports Massage. While I have worked with many athletes over the past 5 years, I realized that is not solely where my heart lies. My experience in Sports, Spa and the Chiropractic industry, has led me to a career of my own and my desire to work with all people. 

I provide 30, 60 & 90 minute massage appointments based on your needs. I offer a combination of relaxation, deeper therapeutic work and trigger point therapies. The amount of time offered for treatment is hands on time; therefore, I ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment and 15 minutes prior to appointments thereafter to allow us time to reevaluate your progress. 

I use draping to create boundaries between myself, as a professional, and you, as my patient. I follow all laws written by the North Carolina Board of Massage and abide by the code of ethics. If you present me with a condition that is outside of my scope of practice, I will do my best to find you a local MT that is appropriately trained in that area. 

My goal is to run an honest and caring business while helping you move through life a little better.
